Awesome question! This is mostly a way for us to contact you each time we’re preparing to do an event, so it’s more a way to let you know when to prepare for our next one.

So, no, you don’t need to use the form, just a way to make it easier to organize and inform authors when we have them going on. Great question! Thanks for asking.
