**Well crap, that’s another week that went by….I hope she doesn’t realize or I might just be in trouble!

For the last day of February, i sported a silver tipped green french manicure, with full green pinkies as accent nails.

Today I noticed some minor chips, worn edges. It made me feel creative. And that’s when I decided to turn a basic french manicure into something different.

Colors used: Sinful Colors’ Last chance (dark emerald green)

Wet n Wild Wildshine Nail Color’s Metallica (silver) this color is new and awesome, bought two bottles of it due to name and finish, it looks like brushed metal if done correctly. It’s low cost, and one coat gets full coverage, no streaks.

New York Color Long Wearing Nail Enamel’s Purple Pizzazz Frost (deep orchid with a sky blue pearly shimmer)

I painted the tips with a coat of silver, being careful to leave a thin line of dark green. After waiting for it to dry, applied a thin layer of purple. My pinkies were done similar. Painted a thick tip in silver, waited for it to dry, then carefully leaving a thin silver line, also used a thin layer of purple here too.The purple turned into a metallic orchid.
